CONTRACT ATTORNEY STAFFING
In response to the growing requests of our law firm and corporate clients for better options to assist with their increased demands in staffing both short-term and long-term contract attorneys, IPS began placing contract attorneys in 2014.
We strive to bring the highest level of service and cost efficiency to traditional contract assignments by:
- Offering substantive assignments for our highly skilled contract attorneys;
- Provide contract attorneys to our clients for a "temporary" solution to cover short or long-term leaves of absence (i.e., illness or maternity leaves); and
- Extending contract to permanent arrangements when appropriate, allowing both our clients and our contractors the opportunity to ensure that there is a good fit prior to incurring the cost, in both time and financial resources, of directly hiring a permanent attorney.
We provide contract attorneys and contract to permanent attorneys to firms of different sizes dependent upon the needs of the Firm.
